I picked up my zodiac pendant a couple weeks ago. It was a total impulse-buy. I’m not into astrology at all but when I saw it in person I thought it was so pretty and the price point wasn’t bad.

I've been a long time lurker vicariously enjoying (coveting) everyone's beauties. I love the Alhambra but just can't justify the size/cost ratio iykwim.
But this looks like a piece that I can finally bring home as my VCA addition
I recently hit a milestone birthday and retirement looms. I wanted to treat myself to a nice piece of jewelry that didn't cost as much as a car. I tried a few Cartier chain bracelets from FP but they weren't it.

For me, it's more I love the heritage of the house and the vintage nature of these designs, as I find most current affordable (all things are relative) VCA too 'feminine' (although I wouldn't say non to a high-jewellery Zip necklace

Yes, this is just a smaller version of the original Georges L'enfant design---although it still has some heft for its size. I almost never buy new jewelry (preferring vintage) but I'm enjoying wearing this daily. BTW, the larger original pieces are going for between 8 and 10x the price of the re-introductions... if you could even find the zodiac one that you want.Good to hear!

My husband surprised me with this Cancer pendant last month, but bought it from a new to us boutique near where he was working. I had not planned on getting it because I had not seen it in person, but I really and truly love it! The piece is so nuanced and intricately carved on both sides, and it is all gold, so easy to wear, even (and perfect 
) in the ocean and not worry about. Currently it is on the 16 inch trace chain that came with the vintage puppy pendant that I got last year (isn't he adorable 
?? ) but it is slightly too short on my neck for my liking plus I really would like to layer them sometimes. I texted my regular SA in Vegas and asked her if she could order me one of the chains and then have it lengthened and she said that she didn't think so because they don't have any length of chain left to send to the jeweler to have pieces lengthened. I told her I am not in a rush and she is going to check tomorrow to see if I can order the chain and then just wait until they get more length of chain in to extend it. weird, but I am sure it will work out eventually.
