my VCA SA recently showed us the Astrology pendant necklace pieces and def liked the vintage vibe and a really good layering YG piece for sure but since I'm not into astrology at all and barely know my sign and not much else...it wasn't a must have for my collection but can totally see so many others appreciating the new collection!

Has anyone found a good alternative chain for the pendant? Would love for it to be a little more substantial and shorter (~22 inch) than the longer length offered by VCA and I'm curious about the brands/sources that we love and trust for simple 18k chains

Hii! So I actually purchased the 16 inch from VCA. Will possibly get it lengthened to 20. I also ordered a 24 inch from Tiffany it’s more subtle than the VCA chain. I would say its substantial and less than half price of the long chain. It’s more of a preference if you like the shiny chain vs subtle.
The last photo I added is where it would land if I get it extended to 20 inches.

Thanks! Is the middle one Tiffany's? Besides shine (is if because of VCA has more of a diamond cut design?) and length, did you notice any other differences? Ideally, I would love something a little heftier than the VCA chain but not sure if Tiffany's is finer or heavier. Would love to know your thoughts

I am pretty sure that VCA will add any length that you would like. But only two inches are free. So you would have to pay for any additional length beyond two inches.

I tried! But unfortunately, they will add 2 inches for free. And the most they’ll do after is 1 more inch for 180. Since it’s going to be considered a design change.
I really like a 20-22 inches look but feel bad having to cut the longer trace Chain, which was the option they offered

I've been a long time lurker vicariously enjoying (coveting) everyone's beauties. I love the Alhambra but just can't justify the size/cost ratio iykwim.
But this looks like a piece that I can finally bring home as my VCA addition
I recently hit a milestone birthday and retirement looms. I wanted to treat myself to a nice piece of jewelry that didn't cost as much as a car. I tried a few Cartier chain bracelets from FP but they weren't it.
Looking forward to seeing everyone's input on these

The two stay in place nicely with every day wear. Loving them together. With a v neck sometimes the longer one falls in the neck line, but it creates a cool multi gold chain look.
