stephaniee, i do hope you get your money back, i am also in australia and yup, except for DJ's there is nowhere else to find JC but the girls here are fantastic helping everyone.

stephanieeee - Thanks for your information! I think Paypal should devise a better way to fix the high amount of fakes being sold/sent. Having it shipped back, at our expense, to the seller to resell to some other unknowing victim just doesn't help at ending the cycle!


TCC - I love your whale charm! It's my favorite & the exact one that got me into Juicy charms!

Shesaid811 - Thats good to know LoveSasha has been busted! They need to start cracking down on alot of counterfeit sellers.

dragonette - great work fixing your box! I'm of no help figuring out if the box your hot cocoa came in is good or not. The only brown box I have is the lucky kitty. Thanks for the link to the postcard charm btw!

vlady580 - I've only had experience and run in with the whale fake, (my first charm purchase on ebay), and surprisingly, the clasp looked normal! It wasn't thinner, although the crown did look off to one side.. but in comparison the real thing was sorta the same.
I totally think that is probable that sellers sell both authentic & fakes. Bonnietonnie the seller I bought off of provided authentic pics of the whale charm w/ the LE gold box. However it was sent in a regular untagged brown and when I asked about it they said only SOME come in gold boxes.. so they might've had a few authentics? Or they could just be saying that.
I did contact a buyer off their fb that bought 2 whale charms, and they told me it came in an untagged brown box too. What is scary is this same buyer has been buying tons of juicy charms, what seems to be from both authentic & fake auctions.

Dragonette, how did Insmk react when you told her the items she sent were fake? Did she apologize? Or did she try to claim they were real? Because that chocolate cake is a bad, ugly fake. Did you leave negative feedback?

Crossing my fingers I am able to score a Panda from ShopBellaBeach, so I can setup my little chairs and have a Bear Charm tea party.

JuicyLover, PM me if you want me to order your charm catcher and do a mail forward for you? I can't do it all the time but once in a while can manage.

Thanks so much - I'm running late to work, thought I would quickly check here before I go - This thing moves so fast! Just a quick question where abouts do you find the 'escalate claim' option in paypal? Had trouble finding it.

Thanks again for this information - Love Sasha on ebay said they would offer me - get this "$5 refund" for the stuff up.... YEAH RIGHT

nooo! Stay faaar away! For all I know they post pictures of the authentic item and ship you the fake. They kept insisting the whale I got was authentic until I told them I have an actual whale that was bought from a retail store and there are huge differences in looks and quality.
They also have poor fb (checked on toolhaus), from some buyers who even complained of fakes

shesaid, sis says all insmk said was refund would be given when the items are returned. sis says we should ask for return shipping to be refunded as well. i think we will give it a shot, by reminding insmk that counterfeits are illegal. :yes:
