On the custom orders, can you actually order the brushed hardware? I just custom ordered my first bag yesterday (the croc Kelly!!!) and was only given the choice of gold or silver hardware.

Lisa, you should have the option of ordering the brushed palladium; I'd check with your SA. I was speaking to mine on the subject of Crocs and she says that at least in BH for orders placed, they haven't seen one come in under a one-year timeframe. It usually takes a bit longer.
