Do you think the Neverfull GM looks too big to use as an everyday bag?

It depends on YOUR needs! I carry alot of stuff, but the Neverfull MM size works best for me - I still have room to add magazines, folders, etc. in addition to carrying my everyday junk.

The GM looks too big, but if plan to carry a computer or extra shoes, baby stuff, etc., then it would probably work for you - also if you commute to work, the GM would probably be a good choice.

But, if you only carry a few things with you, then go for the MM size.
