NEVER using Fashionphile again

I’d go down to your UPS hub, ask for Mgmt you can find out easily if that truck was at your home as they all have GPS tracking on them.
Also, an agreement between FP and UPS- urban legend?
Keeping fingers crossed for you❤
I, too, question the UPS part of this. Last week, after many years of flawless UPS service, I had an issue with them. I had a package in transit that would require a signature. I wasn’t here and know they have always returned the following day for a second delivery attempt. Instead, the driver left a notice that the package was going directly to a pick up hub (in a drugstore). He had enrolled me (without my permission or approval) into a new My Choice service.…althoigh I had NO choice. This eliminates second attempt deliveries and leaves packages at various retail hubs. I complained to UPS and got an email asking me to describe the situation. I should add, that there is a Conceirge desk here in the main building where the package could have been left and he knew that as some residents request that delivery….which I now understand.
I‘d check to see if UPS dropped the ball in your situation, too.

These are my experiences w/ FP since they began using UPS.

I have received texts that my parcels have been delivered, though nothing had been left. Though we’re given a delivery window of time, my hubby and I have been home each time, all day. We also have a surveillance system. I’ve called FP on these occasions and like you, they say they have no control over the situation. I have called UPS and worked my way up to upper management for help. They say they can’t do anything since their computer system shows my parcel delivered. On all of these occasions my items mysteriously arrived a day or two later.

My issue is w/ UPS drivers signing for me. Twice the drivers have dumped $$$$$ Hermes handbags at our front door and signed for it. No doorbell ring. One time I wondered when my parcel would come (because sometimes they show up 2-4 hours late) and I opened the door to see my handbag box on my doorstep. No doorbell ring, no signature and no text. After the second incident, I call FP and told them to have UPS hold my parcels at their customer center. They’ll hold it for five days and the hours are generous. Having it sent there has been a game changer for me.

No excuse, but I think FP has become too big and UPS has become overwhelmed by the uptick in deliveries/lack of drivers.

I hope you’re claim gets resolved. If (someday) you feel okay ordering from FP again, maybe use the customer center near you for peace of mind.:flowers:

I have to say I have sold items on Fashionphile before and I have had two occasions where they said they remitted $x0,000 to me but they reported that it went to the wrong account. When they verified the routing number and bank account number with me it was accurate but whoever that was in their accounting actually entered the wrong number (turns out it was a valid customer's account, just that it was not MY account!!). Took me about 60 days to have my bank inform the customer who owned the account to return the funds back to fashionphile to be returned to me. Thankfully the customer was willing to return the funds. It was such a hassle. Fashionphile was unable to recall the funds, even though I informed them timely within 2 days that I still have not received the funds. It was the scariest experience ever to have sold the bag to an e-commerce site and not to be reimbursed by it. I had to post on the IG account to get some attention and timely response. It as a nightmare. The accounting department, customer service, pricing and receiving/shipping merchandise folks, they all don't talk to each other. There was another occasion where I packed my bag with full set of items (strap, bag cover and etc.), then when it was posted on the website, it was missing a strap therefore the price was discounted significantly. I was livid!!! No more third chances ever again.

I have been a customer of annsfabulousfinds (not a paid promotion, nor affiliated with them) for maybe 15 years and I have to say even though they are a smaller site, they have always made payment timely and always provided prompt responses.

This is a horrible story! They fat-fingered your bank account information and didn't make it right. I am SO glad their quotes to me have always been laughably low so I've never sold with them.

I've had to file a claim with Fashionphile before. I used a Debit Card, too. My claim was a Not-As-Described Claim (bag arrived in horrible condition - that's a story for another time).

Your best course of action is to call PayPal and explain to a live person what's going on - they'll probably give you an email to send footage or a screenshot of your Camera's log history to prove that no, there was in fact no movement and no UPS delivery at the time it was marked 'Delivered.' They'll help escalate it over the phone. Fashionphile loves to drag claims out. Mine took almost a month to resolve because FP would wait til the very last minute to craft a response (so if they had 10 days to respond before it closed in my favor, they'd wait 9 days and 20 hours before they responded).

I probably called PayPal 5 times throughout my claim with FP. Because FP was SO stubborn and even when they finally admitted to the bag being damaged, they didn't want to accept a return or give a refund. PayPal will help you out. Don't worry. It'll (hopefully) be okay.

UPS sent me an email, wanted to know what I thought about their service and how they had helped to "resolve my issue". I was blunt, and told them that if they would actually listen, and try to find my package, instead of protecting their client I might have more respect for them as a company. They also wanted to know if I would use their company again, uh, no.

Similar thing happened to me with an eBay sale. Tracking showed it was delivered and I sat it my window all day and nothing came. PayPal sided with me because I didn’t sign for anything.
It took a good week to get the refund, but it worked out for me in the end.
(Seller ended up reposting the item too!!! So it was either found and sent back or they tried to scam me)
