I'm really surprised to hear this-- I love shopping through Sephora BECAUSE of their excellent customer service. I think it would be worthwhile for you to go in to a store and speak face to face with someone-- they may be more sympathetic to your situation if they aren't behind a phone, and they can potentially point you in the right direction for who you should contact. I agree with a lot of the other posters that they probably had more of a reason to ban you from shopping online than just a damaged box and missing sample complaints, but without knowing the exact situation it's hard to say.

Good luck, I'd try to escalate it as far up as I could before giving up on Sephora though...

Something is missing.
I love Sephora and have bought both in store or online and Have had wonderful experiences so far.
I took advantage of their excellent return policy when I broke out after buying face cream, primer and foundation. Since we couldn't narrow it down the SA took it all back!
I just got a VIB coupon so I'll be there tomorrow!

Sephora is very customer orientated.. they really don't want to have

an unhappy customer & in my experience they will take back or exchange

an item gladly..

There must be more here than meets the eye and if it is a shipping issue

it needs to be reported as it seems that the OP is having issues repeatedly...

Sorry, I don't buy that this is out of the blue.
Sounds like OP is kind of a nightmare. Sephora is more known for their exceptional customer service than they are for the brands they carry.
Also, even on top of this, the way the items arrived has absolutely nothing to do with Sephora, and everything to do with the carrier. So, the issue here is the carrier. Sephora would know that. If they are banning the OP, then there is a very good reason.

First Id like to say that I have no issue with how much anyone spends on things. The most likely situations I can think of are you must either have problems with EVERY single order (which if this is true, I agree with others that someone has to be messing with your mail and its not Sephora). Or that there must be an issue with lots of purchases and equal ammounts of returns and complaints.

There is NO possible way that a customer spending money, and in your case A LOT of money is going to be banned unless there is a problem/complaint with every order and/or massive returns. I only spend $200/$300 a year at sephora at best and I do return probably half of things I order (I live far from an actual sephora). I have never been banned even when I have returned entire orders or called and complained when I hadnt seen a refund after three weeks. They were very nice and I got my refund the next day.

If you spent $3K in a very short span of time - and a lot of refills or duplicate product purchases - maybe they thought you were buying to resell and that's what's been flagged? If it were just a shipping issue (and you weren't making snide or sarcastic remarks while dealing with the CSR) I can't see why they'd just ban you...

^^
:D
My UPS man is a fine older guy, the extra man for the holidays is extra eye candy.
It does not hurt that he is nice too!

Lol Be careful, I was nice and mine started creepin on me even after he was fired...

I have never had an issue with Sephora but I can see why they may become suspicious. Its better safe than sorry. And why would you keep placing orders if they just come damaged?

I thought the EXACT same thing, OP was flagged for reselling or something worse. I know MANY other companies do this to protect themselves. And really she was only banned from buying online not from buying in the store. OP should save herself the hassleand either A. go to Sephora or B. start shopping at Ulta :D
