I finally got mine, after calling three times and getting the run around, sent to different departments. Then I sent an email to the customer service and never got a reply. The GC came about 3 weeks later. So it took almost 4 months to get it! I was very frustrated and when I see this promo on their website, I will just ignore it and do a dollar off one instead.
