There is an online NM gift card event now.. Pretty nice & there will be a "gold mark"
of some kind on the receipt to indicate a gift card. The gift card has to be used
within two months...

I can't tell you how many phone calls I had to make to InCircle
to correct this for myself..

Besides time consuming, you get an argument!!

I finally had to call the executive office & have it handled through them..

It really is shameful that the customer has to put up with this. I participated I one of the Bet2Get double the value of the card events in Sept and bought $1100 worth of stuff - shoes and clothes. After a few returns I kept $503 worth of stuff which should get me the $50 giftcard doubled (since shoes were in the deal). It's been 3 months and no giftcard. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with the clowns at their 800 number and then another 20 minutes with Incircle (and I'm a circle 4 so it's not like I don't spend a lot of money with them) and got a total run around. They are GRUDGINGLY sending me a $50 gift card. BFD. I have to remind myself to just shop there when they have the merch I want and not even bother with these stupid events they have. Grrr!
 
Oh totes!! I bought the highland boot, a longchamps bag and some Sam Edelman sandals. The highland boots were out on back order which meant I had to call Neiman customer service every 7 days to confirm I want it and give them my credit card. I flipped out (why would they have the boot available to purchase online if they can't fulfil it). Eventually they just cancelled it for me. So bye bye $300 gift card! I was so mad. Thank goodness the store is so much nicer - they let me return the longchamps and sandals after 3 months (I get my stuff delivered to my hotel in the US so it was a while since I visited lol)
 
It took me over 6 months to get my $300 gift card as well, and I had to send God knows how many emails and start several online chats. Each time a different answer ('But it's in the mail!') and then finally, after that line started to get old and my mailbox was still empty, a 'manager' telling me that my items (a YSL handbag + clothes) were not eligible in the first place (if that was really true then why not tell me this before?).

The same time they tell me this I am looking at the screenshots I thankfully took when I purchased the items, clearly saying on each product page that they were eligible. I offered to send the screenshots to them. They said that they didn't need to see them, they were absolutely, 100% right (they insisted YSL is never included in promotions, which is not true) but that they would extend a one-time courtesy to me and mail me a gift card that day. Never again. Neimans, if you're reading this, your customer service is appalling and ever since then I avoid giving you any of my money like the plague. To make a customer jump through so many hoops to get something that is rightly theirs is beyond frustrating.
 
That's a lie! I'm certain it's been included before...seriously dunno what's up sometimes [emoji35][emoji35] but I can't help going back - nothing in Canada comes even close to this gift card event...[emoji174]

I'm pretty sure about this too. IIRC, I bought a handbag early 2015 (or late 2014, not 100% sure) and the promo applied.
