Anyone got their gc? I am so tired of the terrible NM customer service. 1800 and the local store rep keep pushing the ball to each other. They kept mentioning that I didn't wait long enough ( more than 3 months, hello?) or not purchased anything on 3/3!!! I have my Hermes cashmere shawl and statements right in front me and they refused to help. What the heck!! Now they gave me an answer that I wan't invited to the promotion so no GC!! Time to hire some decent customer service rep who knows what they are talking about, neiman!!!

There should be one coming this month. When I was there last wknd the SA asked me if I wanted them to hold the item for me until then. I don't remember the exact date but it was mid April.

yesterday I received a $50 gift card for the InCircle event promotion Apr 12-15. Not sure what is excluded. Also 4 points for every $1 and 6 points for every $1 on fine apparel, jewelry, ladies' shoes and fur.

Don't think there are any exclusions since this is an InCircle event where you accumulate bonus points. Two years ago, when they had a bonus InCircle event, I was able to get bonus InCircle points at the LV boutique at the Tysons NM store.
