It typically takes about 8 weeks due to return factors... and it ran the first week of December.

if you were referring to the gift card event from end of oct & beginning of nov, i was told by the customer service agent that gc will be emailed on 12/31, which is supposed to be today. i am still waiting for mine though there's nothing from NM in my email

What is the title of the email? I have searched my emails and dont see anything, i did the GC promotion in oct/nov and then this past one in dec but I havent heard a word about the gift cards.

NM gift card events always take 6-8 weeks. coin, which one did you participated in? There is also one call Christmas bonus on 12/13-14. We should get the GC beginning of Feb.

I talked with a rep last night about my GC from the oct/nov event. He said he did not see why it was not issued and would look into it further. I hope I get it soon!!
