I've purchased from Neimans online and returned the item to the store. There's no real advantage to taking it back to the store except that they send it back for you. It still took about 10 days for a refund. Hope that helps!

If I remember correctly, you will get the gc amount back on your credit card statement if you paid via gc and credit card. NM allows online purchases to be returned at the customer service desk, not in individual departments.

For the butterfly event the promo email says NOTHING about the gift card being online only.. I was also told in a live chat that the gift card would be able to be used in store, I got the email with the gift card and it says online only with an expiration date of March 25th.. Shipping on 1 lipstick is $9 and if you MUST buy online then the $50 gift card doesn't really get you $50 does it? I did a live chat and it was seriously a joke, The first person disconnected the chat.. I saved the transcripts from those conversations, it was beyond belief that NM employees are this bad. I am thinking about sending in a complaint about it and sending those transcripts to someone.. UGH

My friend and I are going to the party, I am hoping to grab a pair of smokey topaz earrings .
I know she is gonna get some shoes, so I think all shoes are included.

Nice time to buy larger purchases and get a nice GC.
