I think it depends on the promo and where you made your purchases, bagchic1. This promo going on now states:
Customers will receive Gift Card within 8 weeks of the offer expiration date. Online customers will receive their Gift Card via the email address that is used when placing your order with redemption instructions. Gift Card must be redeemed within two months from the date of issue. Gift Card value will be determined based on in-store and online select regular-priced purchases on NM or BG credit card before tax. Only one Gift Card is allowed per customer, and only at the highest possible reward level.
Can anyone tell me the gift card amounts for the December promo? I'm just trying to figure if they gave me the correct amount.

There will probably be one in the spring. GC promotions happen throughout the year (not tied to specific holidays). If you sign up for NM e-mails, you'll receive notifications. GL.

I did ordered a CO kitty flats and I stocked up with the cashmere sweaters and towels sale. I received my orders on Tuesday but the gc will arrive within 6 weeks. You may want to contact them re your order being still in process.

I did contact them and they say because it is my first purchase with NM and because it is a high ticket item ... it will take two weeks to process and another week to ship. Anyone else find that ridiculous?
When I had my first baby, I went over board spent over 3 grand on furnishing and stocking up on baby supplies with Amazon.com and it was all process and shipped to me within 2 days.

I did, not the bracelet/GC card promo but the other one after it. I ordered a Longchamp bag and received it yesterday.
As long as you don't get an email stating that something happened to the order it should be fine.
I think it did take two weeks or so when I ordered my first BAL bag from them too.
