I believe we would be issued a NM Virtual Gift Card, correct? According to the website, NM Virtual Gift Cards may be redeemed at NeimanMarcus.com, Neiman Marcus by Mail (phone orders), or any Neiman Marcus store.

Just as a heads up, the promotional $25 promotional gift cards that were received in the mail today, are stackable. I received two and was able to receive $50 off my order. Scored a pair of Rich & Skinny jeans for only $25.60 after taxes (plus the free shipping code)! 
*sigh*, so frustrating, all 3 CSR that I spoke with at Neiman would only say it "May" affect the GC if I exchange it for something, even if just a different color/size or something with a higher value. I might just return this one then and wait for the next event. For those of you with experience, how often does NM have these GC events?
Why not try the exchange first?
Contact CS afterwards... if you have a problem with the GC, then.
Maybe it will go through...
If after you make the exchange, CS tells you your GC is forfeited, then you can return the item you exchanged for, kwim?

Are the triple points on Chanel only, or everything? I hope there will be a triple point event for entire store soon!
8 weeks - give or take a few days. Then you have another 8 weeks to use them towards Valentino shoes. Congrats on your YSLs!!
