I haven't seen it in silver but if you have and you love it, get it. From the picture, the metallic looks subdued and beautiful.

I had one in greyish metallic leather for about a week but had to return it. The top flap (that tucks in on the front and keeps the bag closed) kind of drove me crazy, because I'm always in and out of my purse constantly. If I left the flap hanging, it looked terrible but made for easy access. If I tucked the flap in, it looked stylish but took forever to open. I guess I'm more of a zip top/open top kind of chick. The bag was gorgeous, but I will also say that with all the braiding on it, it had more of a casual appearance, i.e. it looked great with jeans, but a little too dressed-down if you're heading out somewhere fancy. Just my opinons, though...it was for sure my HG dreambag until I got one. The buffalo leather ones (glazed-look, slightly distressed) are the bomb.
