To replace your bag with a new one is the least they should do:evil:
I’ve been told in the LV store in Copenhagen that they will fix any problem with my bags, free of charge, within a range of ten (10 ) years. So I think it is ******** when the say a “relatively new bag”, everything is relative. I think that LV got a year limit for no cost repairs or replacements all over the world. I can’t help thinking that the ones taking money for repairs are not following LV’s recommendations
