I would vote for the BH but you mentioned you prefer a handheld, so I voted for the Sac Plat. The Sac Plat is gorgeous with sophisticated lines that look great both dressed up and dressed casual. Plus I love the wipeable lining just in case a pen/pencil or possibly even document ink marks on the interior. Good luck!

I am not sure about the damier sac plat as I tried the mono one and found it quite hard to carry (maybe due to the short handles) and it didn't hold that much and was quite heavy I like the taiga kasbek pm in slate

oops I voted for the lockit but didnt see the sac plat there! sorry! I'd vote for the sac plat if you prefer hand held... but personally I'd pick the lockit... congrats on your new job! & good luck with your bag hunting!
