Ohhh scaling those flaps back sounds like a good idea...I have always worried that I need to root around the bag for my hand to "find" the pocket! Size wise, it's more like the Micro Metro Tote I am assume?

Please do share more photos and videos, I'm so excited to see them!

Mini Empire arrived next day, ordered Wed AM, arrived Thu Boston area. Definitely a safe color like ms p said. Haven’t even packed it up yet. It was hard to get picture comparing its base with Micro Metro… I guess the bottom piece is the same size, and how the bag fans out and opens up is a little different. Dawn bag in the back is Mini Metro.

The closing flaps really are smaller, hope you can see in the picture. Empire is slightly taller than Metro, I think the sides also start moving up closer to the base, cause on the metro the side fabric spreads out effectively extending the base, then goes up, so metros get their capacity/volume that way. The black accents going up front and back give a little support which also helps the swimming-in-fabric Metro experience.

One inside front pocket, one inner pouch pocket in the inside back pocket (is that 5 interior pockets not 6 as listed?).

Exciting: This Mini Empire is comparable to Micro Sutton and Micro Metro, BUT it has those two outer slip pockets that do fit an iPhone pro plus width wise (sticks out the top, cute if not secure), a cute little market bag pouch, and the keyring strap!!! I’ve missed all of those on the micros!

Since vacation I need very little space, but soon I’ll be putting this gem to good use.

I got the Crosby go in the liquid midnight color and I love it. I was thinking about getting it for the holidays and of course by the time I decided to get it they were sold out. I found one on NM and grabbed it. This is a great size little bag it will probably become my concert handbag now. It is small but big enough to fit my phone and so much more. The back pocket is zippered and has a inside open pocket as well. I am able to fit both my phone and wallet (LV mini pouchette) inside at the same time. The only thing I don't really like about it is the zipper for the opening has a tail for a lack of a better description lol. It sticks up at the end and I feel like that kind of cheapens the look of the bag. I think it would look better if that was tucked in, it doesn't look like there's enough room to tuck it in myself. The texture of it is just like my gemstone Iridescent micro Sutton and that's been my main bag for the past year + and it's held up well no visible signs of wear. The hardware is a dark shiny anthracite not quite black. Not sure how well that will hold up but it is so minimal that even if it chips it probably won't be very noticeable.

I have the micro Crosby which I dubbed as my phone purse for walks and concerts. It was basically big enough for my phone keyfob and a few cards. Then last year I got a Samsung galaxy ultra 23 and it was too big to fit into the micro Cosby. My phone fits in the go but I do have to watch the placement of it because the zipper is scooped. It is also wedge shaped so it can carry more stuff.

Here's some pictures and comparison shots of the two styles. Over all I like the new go and could see myself getting another one.

My Large vanity case and small metro cosmetic came yesterday. First pic is with small metro deluxe. The other pics compare the large vanity to the mini vanity that came out a little while back. I love these bags, will probably keep both. It wasn't until I brought out the mini vanity with the large vanity that I noticed the mini doesn't have the plastic MZ WALLACE thing on the front. They are both super cute. I think the small metro cosmetic is cute because of it's tiny size, if it were a normal dop size I don't think I would like it as much.

pixiejenna midnight Crosby go looks so pretty 🤩 and it's so much more roomy! Love to hear bag reviews and see all the great pics.

Smooshy thanks for the pics! The vanity cases are lovely. So far I haven't bought any because I don't know when or how I'll use it. I wish more colours are available and mzw can add on mini side hooks to attached bag straps.

DC I love the older Bedford. Such pretty colors and classic style ❤️

Have any of you bought the sequin bags before? Especially the ones where the small sequins are stitched at the edge of the quilting? Am eyeing them but afraid that the sequins will snag on my outfit and scratch my arm hahahaa...

Nice pictures and description! I love the Go way more than I thought I would. The look didn’t speak to me but its size/shape feels so good to use, and that liquid midnight (is what convinced me to try) :hbeat:. I often use the Go and Micro Crosby for keeping my phones near me around the house and the newer/current version is a touch bigger than what you’ve got.

Thank you especially for sharing your use of that gemstone iridescent micro Sutton and that it has the same surface/finish!! my newer micro Crosby hasn’t had as much use but it is OK so far.

My mom has one. Hers is the sequin print with sequins on the quilting stitches. They’re flat and smaller than standard crafting sequins, lay really flat and are held down pretty securely. It seems that with just a little care it’s not a problem… if you love a bag I think it’s worth trying.

Thanks! I read somewhere that it's really small sequins too, but thought I'd check! Which one does your mum have? It's so cute that you both are fans of MZW!
