Dose anyone have one of their duffels/travel bags? I’m considering getting one for travel. I usually use a Tumi backpack which I love but am looking for something a bit larger. I’m wondering how well it will hold up in bad weather with the quilting. My concern would be if the bag gets wet would water seep into the seams of the quilting. I’ve never had issues with my bags but I’m genuinely not in a situation where it’s getting very wet.

Have not tried one. I am curious too?

My points have been messed up so many times. I now truly the get frustration. I love some of the new drops, but nothing seems to be working properly for me. Who bought something from the last release? Were you able to use your points?

The customer service has gotten so bad! I wanted one of the new bags for an upcoming trip, and was concerned it wouldn't ship in time. The main customer service person (who was lovely) couldn't tell me if any stores other than MZ boutiques carried the style, and I didn't have time to go downtown to the store, but she kindly let me know that the boutique delivers in Manhattan. Yay! I immediately sent the store an email 4 days ago. No reply. I've called and called and called--no one picks up the phone. Even the customer service agent tried after I called back and the store would not pick up for her. Incredibly frustrating. I sent them a DM on Instagram about the experience--no reply. Why does the store even have a phone number and email address listed in they don't pick up/reply? I'll just getting a bag elsewhere. Annoying.

I got the raisin cosmetic pouch from the last release. I also got with my points a black Metro Team and a black lacquer small link pouch. I have read great reviews on the Metro Team, hence I am trying it out.

I own the original Chelsea tote, Kate tote, and Soho tote all in non-quilted nylon and they are hands down my favorite travel/work bags of all time. All 3 have been put through the absolute ringer and have held up beautifully. With that being said, my most recent purchase a year or so ago was the small Madison backpack and to me there is a notable difference in the nylon between that and my older MZW bags. While still great, I feel it's much thinner and less sturdy in comparison. If you could find one of the older styles in good condition, I might go that route as opposed to any of the newer releases. I'd be curious to hear what people have to say about the new Chelsea styles.

As a fellow Tumi lover, I feel you! FWIW I wanted a large backpack for a recent mini-vacation and went with Dagne Dover - it's been great! I like that I can fully wash it as opposed to spot-cleaning my MZW pieces because of their leather accents. When I travel for work (or work in general) I need to be business-formal, so MZW and Tumi are still my go-to's. Hope you find what you're looking for!

Posted in the wrong thread. I did receive the Madison shoulder in raisin even though I had canceled the order. The color was stunning.

Seems like a lot of positive response for raisin. I usually don't do purple but this look like a pretty neutral actually. Will u say it's dark enough with subtle shade of brown/blue hue? U will return the bag? Is your points ok already?

I also don't usually do purple or even dark colors that much, but I saw some videos of the raisin, but it looks GORGEOUS. Super gorgeous with the leather accents.
