I am sucking it up and dealing with an international return. They keep saying a manager will call me in 24 hrs. Been 6 days! I have never seen such a horrible lack of client service. Its actually appalling.

I don‘t blame you. I would too. The return window is to small specially if they are not responding to you. My points still have not been fixed and I think there will be a new drop tomorrow. I wanted to use them then.

I am looking forward to see tomorrow’s release. I do love the bags I got during the sale. Just checked and my points have been changed. Not sure I get how this new system works. I love the raisin color.

I like the raisin quilted Madison bags and ocher metro bags. Wish there's small accessories for these 2 colors.

I want to see more Bedford/Gramercy again. I cannot stand the quilting, so it's kept me off the brand a while. I'd like the hip pack in a Dawn Bedford/Gramercy material.

RI also love the raisin color and also wish they ha accessories in it too. I also like the look of the Crosby go bag, just not in the colors offered. It looks like it will be big enough to fit my phone the micro Crosby was my phone purse until I got my new phone which is too big for it.

I was looking at the Crosby Go too. I hope it can fit larger mobile phone. In the stock packing pic, the mobile phone seems barely able to fit upright. The zipper is a "u" shape so the centre is shorter vs the sides. I prefer not to put my phone in the back slip pocket.

One lady posted the Crosby Go bag review on FB. The back is a zip pocket. iPhone 14 pro max fits in the main compartment!

The small box tote does it fit about the same amount as a mini metro tote deluxe?

Oops so late sorry! Small box tote has a smaller capacity than mini metro tote deluxe. Closer to the Micro metro tote deluxe… but a bit larger (between Micro and Mini), and certainly more vertical. Better access to pockets than the Micro, less loose floppy fabric than the Mini!
