Ironically after posting no updates on my order last night I got a shipping notice lol. It should arrive later this week.

I put an organizer in the bucket to see it better. It doesn’t stand at all when empty. Just received both of them.

Cs is awful. I am ready to give up trying to get the missing handle for my bag and just send back at my cost the pieces i have. It is ridic. I cant spend $300 for half a bag. Mz couldnt care less

I got my Luna yesterday it's really cute and much smaller than I was expecting. I don't carry a lot so it's not really a problem for me. For someone who uses a larger bag it would be too small for them. I will probably only use the crossbody strap i love the look of the chain but not the extra weight of it. My problem is I just really love my gemstone micro so much it's hard for me to switch out of it.

Sorry to hear that. Did u pay full price or was it warehouse sale?

I had the same experience a few years ago. I still remember it was the army Jordan satchel. CS said they don't have any extra strap. I choose to return the bag. Unfortunately I need to ship from Singapore and pay the international shipping cost myself.

As much as I like their bags, CS is terrible for some issues.

The leather strap is adjustable but for me it is a shoulder strap. The nylon strap is the only one I can use crossbody.
