I think it's great that you were able to give another dog a home when you did. It isn't about replacing your lost pet at all--it's about love, and that is a beautiful thing!!!
She is absolutely beautiful, do not feel guilty about getting her so quickly i had my last dog 17 years and when she died i said i would not get another dog for at least a year, i only lasted 2 months then i got rosie who is now 8 years old.
