Have you had any color transfer issues with your grey caviar? And how do you style it?
To which bag are you referring? In caviar I have a beige jumbo, black chevron Boy, and a blue Boy. I have a grey Reissue 227 in aged calf.
I’ve never had any color transfer issues. However, I spray my light colored bags with Collonil water stop. Also, I don’t like the way bags feel when they hang low. Since I am short, they hang low if I carry them single strap, so I usually carry them double strapped right up under my arm. This avoids them rubbing on my jeans. I’m usually wearing something other than jeans though.
I trust Collonil on my lightest, most delicate, most expensive bags, even my pale yellow Balenciaga papier tote (it’s not regular Balenciaga leather - just smooth delicate calf with suede on the other side). You can use it on white/light shoes too, whether leather, suede, or fabric. I always keep a couple of cans around. You can order it on Amazon for about nine dollars.I must've thought your beige was grey on the computer I was viewing your post with originally, but thank you for the info on the Collonil spray.

Here is a link to my latest and hopefully last addition for awhile:

So I now have 3 black Chevron Chanels.
But somehow, I don’t feel that they are redundant, as they are different leathers, different hardware color, different hardware style, & different bag style.
Med lambskin classic flap with lt gold hw (doesn’t hold much, mostly for evening wear).
Old medium caviar Boy with shiny ruthenium hw.
Sheepskin Reissue 226 So Black hardware. Holds a good amount for everyday use.
