Yes, on these chains with the reissue, the silver mixed in with the gold does look blended and would be ok to leave as is. That’s why I have not investigated it yet. :). I have a friend who has used LS and Gerry has done fabulous work. So if I decide to do anything it will be by him for sure. Without naming it, this friend used another ‘well known’ leather service and they ruined her bag.

Just one more bag...:). Yup! For me that will also always be the case lol. I also am paring down, too many bags I don’t use, working now on replacing with better bags! so hard to do so I wish you luck with that....but gosh you have such an amazing group I don’t know how you will part with any!

Hi Mssmelanie! I typically use a bag for 3-4 days or until an occasion comes where I need to change to a smaller bag/larger bag/more casual/lighter/less fragile/more formal/more modest etc. If I haven’t used a bag in a long time, I evaluate whether or not I still love it and will find a use for it in the future. Then I try to work it into use if it’s going to stay. If I know I’m going to sell, I put it in my office. That way it can sit forever and clutter my office because I’ll never get around to selling it, but I tell myself I’m going to so I can buy another bag :lol::lol::lol:

Haha I do that with shoes and boots too. I get the same style in 2 different colors or I have even bought 2 identical pairs in case one wears out. I just bought a pair of over the knee suede boots in two different sizes - one is 1/2 size larger for days I need to use a cushioned insole to walk and stand longer periods of time.

Deerskin bucket sisters. I got the small one & loved it so much that I got the medium when I saw her just a few weeks later! This leather is by far the softest I’ve ever felt in my life.
