It is not very heavy, about 3 ~ 4 pounds? I think it should be ok to carry textbooks in, or a small laptop

I personally have found the staff to be responsive and extremely helpful, even with after-sales service on things like a broken handle or missing rivets. Not a bad place at all, to get your Mulberry!
