My first LV came today and I HATE it!!

Thanks for all the sympathy! I sent the PH back to eLux this morning. They were super nice on the phone when I called to tell them I was sending it back. I am making the trip to Manhattan with a girlfriend of mine who ONLY buys LV bags so she can help me pick the perfect one. It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one this has happened too....

Bummer about your first purchase. I'm a big fan of the Cabas Piano. It was my first purchase and I still use it more than any other purse. It holds quite a lot but isn't too big...is also very comfortable to carry.

OH NO ! SORRRY but dont give up on lv i agree you should go to store and try on first it will mak you feel so much better and the nyc soho store is highly recommended the sa are soo nice and friendlyy and patient i luv them and the smell of lv give me such euhoria !! go to lv store asap!

I'm so sorry to hear about your bad experience. It is always best to try the bags on in person, if possible. I originally wanted the Cabas Piano and when I saw it in person I knew it was WAY too small for me, but it looked much bigger in the photo. I say, go for the Batignolles HZ..that is a great bag. But try it in person first if you can. Good luck!! : )
