Oh, I am so sorry to hear that. That just plain out sucks!!! Can I suggest the cabas piano? I had that bag and it fits so nicely under your arm, is very comfortable, and is not really THAT big. I hope you find one you LOVE very soon!!! Elux is great w/ returns & exchanges too! Good luck!!

I hated my popincourt haut too. It drove me nuts and was so uncomfortable on the shoulder. I was luckily able to sell it 3 weeks later for actually more than what I paid for it (crazy ebay people kept bidding higher!).

I think it'll be worth the 3.5 hr drive, IMO. It's better than going through the hassle of ordering more bags online and potentially having to return them again.

the others are right; return it and try to go to Manhattan and look at the bags for yourself. i live in Buffalo and that's twice as far from Manhattan as wherever you are! it takes me 7 hrs to drive down.

i have the Popincourt Haut, and i love it because of its structuredness. then i got the Batignolles Horizontal TODAY, and i love it because of its flexibility :laugh:! it's really comfortable and carry on your shoulder, and it has A LOT of room.

Sorry you didn't like your first bag! I have the BH and I love it. If you want something a little smaller, try the cabas piano. I have both, and like the for different things. The Cabas Piano, though, seems to be the perfect everyday bag! Maybe give that one a shot!

honestly LV doesn't have many bags that i like enough to buy. my first was the red jasmin. i probably should have bought it in black. but it was really stiff and i never did carry it enough to break it in, so i sold it. then, my second is the BH. this one i really do love. it's a great size and very comfy to carry. i've been looking around for another LV bag, i'm not a huge fan of damier... it only works on certain LV bags. i usually prefer mono since it's more casual everyday. good luck with your perfect LV bag search!

:sad: sorry this happened.You won't even know you've drove 3.5hrs when you step in the boutique.You'll have fun trying out ALL the bags and so far all the LV(Aus or overseas) SA I've encountered are very nice.It'll be a fun experience.And you'll smile all the way home with your new bag I'm sure (:yes: whole 3.5hrs)

Sorry! You will definatley find one you LOVE once you try them on. There are so many to chose from you'll end up loving more than one. Believe me! Good luck at the store

oh dear! *hugs* sorry to hear about that.... the BH is a lovely bag, i don't own one, but I see many ppl wearing it in the streets. am sure there's something else in the various LV ranges tt u will love! don't give up! :)

Regarding LV boutiques in Manhattan, the 57th/5th Ave one (flagship) has the biggest selection, but I find the SA's in the Soho one a lot friendlier. I think the flagship gets too many tourists and the SA's get tired. Otherwise I would recommend the small boutique in Saks Fifth Ave (49th St/5th Ave), SA's very nice there also. Good luck!
