Brook, got your email.

You might want to edit that out now.

I see the listing has been removed, however I messed up and forgot to record the ebay id.

Does anyone remember it???

From now on, if we see this scammer back listing her "goyards" on eb, try and post the id as well as the auction listing.

The auction is now removed, as were several others and we don't have a complete list of her id's.

This is what we have so far ............

There have been several more id's, if anyone has this info, please post.

Names used: Laurenbaylee and Nicole Price

I think the newest username from the green bag she was listed was something like Beouroutes? Beuroutes? All of her auctions have very similar language and the same type of feedback (0 seller feedbacks, 10 private buyer feedbacks). I'm pretty sure she's out of Arkansas too, even though her listing says otherwise.

I see there are still fakes up. They took down the green but not her orange. ???

How do we know that this is the same person? I emailed the listing to my sister in NYC and she took it into barneys and got an opinion...they said it looked good.....

Please forgive me, I am new to tpf, but I see several sketchy listings still up and the one that did look good has been removed...honestly, and I apologize for this, but this all seems a little fishy. Could we entertain for a moment that this could be a legit listing? I would hope that someone with "magic eBay powers" would not abuse that privilege.

The orange bag is from a different seller, I believe. There have been several tPfers who have all been scammed by the same woman, using pictures of authentic bags, but sending fakes or not sending anything at all. Basically stealing money! You just have to carefully look at the seller's feedback--the scammer always has the same type of feedback, no feedback as a seller, and all of her feedbacks as a buyer were from the same date, or around the same date, and the times were relatively close, if I am not mistaken. Not all listings on eBay are fake, just like how a lot of sellers ARE reputable. It's just a shame that there are some untrustworhy and crazy people out there who are desperate to take advantage of honest people and steal their money. People like this give eBay nicknames like FLEABAY and tarnish the company's name.

Her MO is she posts photos of an authentic bag and ships counterfeits, or doesn't ship at all.

She wasn't reported for listing a counterfeit.

She was reported for multiple id's (previous id's have been suspended), and it's against ebay policy to set up or use a new id when suspended.

Okay, gro, that does make sense. But there is no way possible for this person to create that many eBay Id's. Something else has to be going on....I'm not sure what, but there is no way one person could do this alone.

I'm pretty sure this is a whole big scam of many people. Under a few of the feedbacks, they each had one item for sale, no picture, only a dollar and weird things...

This was the first one on Berdoroutes (sp) feedbacks.

I just don't understand how they could set this up or why, when there's so few of them selling expensive things..unless, they made all of them in preparation for moving id's. I would have thought bay would have noticed something this size though if this is (whatever it is classified as) going on.

They really should ban her for good by using her address or something!

Hello everyone. I am possibly opening myself to a firing squad, however I think I need to take a chance on that and clear up some things. Firstly, I am the said user who you just knocked off my listing. Please understand that I have ABSOLUTELY NO CONNECTION with anyone mentioned above, whether the same person or a group of people. I am just an honest seller whom may have fell prey to a larger scam.

About a month ago I was told I could not list a designer item until I had more feedback. Conveniently opportunity knocked with a service offering to increase my feedback. Being somewhat new to eBay I took the risk of what he was offering unaware that it was causing any sort of problems. He took my account that I created and for a fee of $65 (talked down from the starting price of $75) he returned the account to me with a feedback score. I was happy that my number had gone up, but now I am not sure how to fix it. He did not provide any service that linked me with paypal. I opened that account by allowing them to verify my checking account.

He has "goyard" as a key word so that any search (granted you search long enough) will turn you to him. After reading this post, it does all make sense to me. It makes me sick! I am very sorry if by supporting this service someone has been hurt. Yes, I should have known better than fall for this, but I didn't.

Confession one, I modeled my listing after several different previously "sold" items on eBay. I was not aware that was against policy. But as for my goyard bag that was listed, it isn't a scam. I'm happy to meet anyone in person to see it, or meet anyone at Barneys in New York City, NY or the Goyard boutique in the city. My computer IP can also be checked to verify that I have no other accounts.

If possible, I would be more than happy (even grateful!) to get rid of the 10 feedback remarks he somehow managed to get on my account. Please help...it is not fair that I can not sell my bag because someone took advantage of me.

Hopefully by opening myself and my bad experience up here to the world someone can benefit from it gaining a sort of understanding. Also note that I have the person's email address if anyone would like it for verification.
