Gorgeous City! Try using Apple Cleaner on the handles. It won't change the darkness but it should help get rid of the stickiness

Love your two beauties, the leather is so gorgeous and I really like 05 olive.
I managed to clean sticky handles by wiping them with a solution made up of warm water with wool wash detergent. I'd try apple cleaner or LMB first perhaps and if it doesn't work try the wool detergent.
