My 2.55 strap is broken!

I have a different problem with my 2.55. The thread that binds the flaps together at the corner came lose,I didn't even carry heavy stuff of use the bag often. I bought it back to Chanel to fix but they did such a bad job with it. The stitching doesn't even match the other side. It was buggin me so much that I took it apart again and got my mom to fix it. She did a much better job (she is a professional) than the in house seemtress at Chanel.

if it's just the thread, chanel should be able to do an in-house repair. this happened to my east/west bag and it took less than an hour. i just walked around the mall while my bag was repaired.
