They had many scarves in store that they did not offer online, but quantities are limited. I have no idea what is going on with Hermes Canada, I think we are the worst in terms of stock.
I think they must not see it as being lucrative? Maybe shipping is costly lol or they figure we can just do curbside pickup. Who knows.

I also hate that stock is so low all around, I want a quota bag this year as well , but If I cant get the items I want , it makes it hard to shop. In addition , the few bags they get make competition so high.
Last year ( 2020) I felt like they had received so little quota bags...

I got a quota offer from TO just before my SA left and I think I bought maybe 3 items in total for the year from that location and it was a loooong time ago, but it was a AW19 colour, so maybe they are just that far behind?

you got super lucky to get a quota bag , especially with few purchases.
Our Website feels like a small boutique in an airport, it has basic things available , nothing amazing.

Agreed our website items/stock is not the best. I always check USA or other countries then provide the specs for items I want to my SA. I am in Toronto but our stock is not the best. Many times my SA had to transfer items from Montreal or Calgary so it seems stock may be better on your end.

from what I understand, Mtl has less stock but less clients. TO has more stock but more clients ....Toronto seems to have SA's that are more long-term , MTL seems to have a more frequent turnover.
I would try the store that is closest to you. Being near a boutique makes it easier. Also, you might try at both? maybe you will click with a SA.

Im gonna start my Hermes journey this year. I was checking the website to see all the useless stuff I could buy to build my quota lololol! To my surprise theres some really cute stuff and the prices are really not bad. Specially coming from the Chanel side LOL! Since the Chanel bags are pretty much almost the same as Hermes, I figured its time for me to venture in this world hehehe! (And the stores are opening tomorrow, monday **happy dance**)

Congratulations!!! This is amazing news! Would love to see pics. Glad to hear that they are receiving some stock. I haven‘t been in touch with the store since lockdown...I wonder if they are shipping again. We are back in lockdown in Newfoundland so no hope for me to go anywhere anytime soon.
