Hi, yes i realized that. Asked my new SA few items every month and they never have anything in stock. Its so hard to build a profile when there’s nothing to buy. How long does it take to being offer a quota bag here in mtl? Thanks
Yes , some people have a hard time finding items they like in Canada that are available, unfortunately we are not given much choice . But , I have found many beautiful pieces.
It depends on many factors , and the pandemic has made it hard to get offers. I think , like everyone says , time and relationship with the SA. Obviously if you spend a massive amount , maybe it will help. But , truthfully, I will never understand the reasons for when and how we get bags. Let’s hope you are lucky :)
I am assuming you are after covered bags ?

maybe im not with the right SA? i started my H journey in Dec. i didn’t even ask her about B or K because is wanted to enjoy the brand and start collecting items and bags. Love their shoes, homeware and bags but everytime i ask this specific SA shes not very responsive either.shes very nice when im in store. And with the low inventory it doesnt help. I asked for sneakers, homeware (blanket cushion and plates), no bags (picotin, lindy, bolide, wallet to go) . Everytime is no. Is mtl that low on inventory? Or should i change SA.

You need to eventually tell your SA that you are interested in a quota bag, find a good time. It would be hard to change SA’s , it is a very small store , but if you do not feel comfortable at all with this SA then you can.

I am honestly saying that inventory is quite low , I almost gave up porcelain items since , I am struggling with getting the items I want , so for now I am choosing my battles.
non quota bags such as the mini Evelyn; bolide , ect... are also hard to get and are usually reserved for clients.
unfortunately, I know many woman living here that prefer shopping overseas or buying with the help of resellers because of all these reasons.

hi dear, don't lose hope. If you're really interested in an item, you can ask your SA to do a WWS(world wide search) for you. You will need to put a deposit for it, that way H knows that you are serious and won't search it for nothing. If the item comes in and you're not happy with it, they will credit it to your account. The policy changed because some clients made SA transfer item from another store and the clients never came to pick up or even see it.

I think you have the take the WWS no matter what. So even if it comes in and you don’t like it, it’s a final sale. Apparently they’re deterred from doing it nowadays. At least that’s what my SA told me.

Probably if you're a new client, they tend to not offer it. I've did WWS before and have declined some items without any problem.
 
I’ve been with my SA since 2017 so I wouldn’t say new. Have also heard the same from my friends that they’re final sale. Who really knows.
I'm sorry, i didn't mean to say you're new...i was only referring to as in general.
With H, you're right, nobody knows lol, depending from SA to SA.
My SA showed me that K20 after you declined it, just for size reference. Size is perfect so now the wait for a mini begins ;)

I’ve done WWS via Montreal in the past. It was not final sale, however last time I asked about it, I was told they are not offering it anymore. My SA was unsure if this was a permanent thing or temporary, so who knows.
