it's 17" long, 13-15" tall, and 5" wide. and the straps are very long, but i'm tall enought to still be able to carry it handheld if i need to. it's lined just like a keepall, but has the little d-ring and inside pocket like a speedy does. it's pretty old, the datecode says it was made in 1993 and i think they stopped making them in 1999 or so, so it's been discontinued for awhile. i got mine for 690.00 shipped. but they go from anywhere from 500 - 1000 from what i've seen. there is one on ebay now that ends today that is at 275.00 but it's not in super great condition, but still a steal for that price.
