I always wanted to Change the items for another one, or getting a store credit was ok too [emoji28]
here in germany you get no money back
I did not exchange anything since 7month now
Now I go seceral times in a store to look at a Item which I am interested in to do the right thing and not do a failed purchase anymore
And no presents for others anymore without asking them hahah [emoji85][emoji29][emoji85]

I had a crazy experience trying to get this bag! They put me on the waitlist for FOUR months (I think they actually just forgot to put me on the waitlist so when I called four months later they made up some excuse and conveniently had it available the same day...).
Regardless I finally have it in possession and it's just the cutest bucket bag I've ever seen!
I actually made a blog post for my full review if you guys are interested and I included a few photos and close up for those that are just as eager to see the bag as I was when I first heard about it haha ^^

I did both send an email to LV and gave them a call to get on the waiting list for the Neo Noe Noir. By phone he put me on the list right away, with no charge. But when I go back the reply to my email they said if I would like to get on the list I had to pay. I mean, maybe I got on the list by phone because he could see that I'm a customer that have already bought a couple of items? I live in Sweden and called the Stockholm store.

Did you all have to pay to get on the list?

No. I never have to pay for anything in advance.

Looking at the pics, I really love the style with the zipped pocket in the middle, it adds more structure in a bucket bag.

Im wondering if an empreinte version will come out since it's selling like hot cakes [emoji16]

I was lucky to stumble upon it being available on the website Sunday night and they had it shipped to the store for me to pickup by Tuesday! Definitely have to recommend keep checking the website :)

Just to add also I have thrown this whole waiting list thing out the window! I was told it'd be months before I could get a favortite mm, got it on the website the next day same thing with pochette metis and now this one! Just keep checking through out the day!

Has anyone purchased the bandouliere thicker strap for theirs to use as a cross body? The strap it comes with will be too long for me and curious if the thicker bandouliere strap is too short for cross body? I am 5 1" for reference
