interesting. in the saffron photo online it looks like a mustard yellow. is it not?

Okay guys, this is funny. I finally received my black neonoe from the website. I opened it & thought "oh...the shoulder strap is defective, I'll have to return it". It wasn't laying right & didn't seem even (see pic). I took a deep breath, rethought this & ding, ding, ding...[emoji931][emoji931][emoji931]. I turned over the strap & all was right with the world again.

I'm in love with this bag. I thought it might be too wide for my body frame but I'm fine with it. I do love the bucket bag style & the only other one I have is the mono noe which I love as a crossbody bag. I was surprised at how tall the middle pocket is but it's great. I like that it doesn't attach to the bottom of the bag so it can bend/sway a bit depending what you have in the bag. It doesn't seem to need a base shaper so that's another plus. I'm very happy & excited to take it on a trip tomorrow. Yea....thanks for letting me share [emoji323]

congrats! the exact same thing happened when i opened mine. i thought, oh no, defective strap. duh. then flipped it over and voila! gorgeous bag, enjoy!

Congrats on your pretty bag! I'm new to this forum, nice meeting all of you :) And I just placed my order in Noir from the website yesterday! How long does it takes for them to ship the order out? However I purchased with my LV account, but when I want to check my order status under "My orders", it appears that "THERE ARE NO CURRENT ORDERS", but I got an email saying my order being received and processing.

Wow- how weird. Personally, my order took less than a week from placement of order to delivery. I think you should call customer service just to confirm that the order is being processed. Let us know when you get it.
