When I got my Neonoe it first didnt bother me that the sides are not Perfectly aligned. One side is pretty good! The otherone looks like this...

This is how the one I purchased looks, but I was fine with it because the bag is tapered and there were not any defects whatsoever on the bag (stitching was even, strap was stitched, glazing was perfect, recent date code, etc.) . If it was a bag that was straight and meant to be perfectly aligned, that would be a different story. At the end of the day, you have to be happy with your purchase. I would enjoy it and not worry. That's crazy. I can always return my LV items if I'm unhappy with my purchase. If not used yet, they should take It back and give you a store credit.

I do not think there is anything wrong with your bag. But the bigger question is, why are you making so many returns? I think it is understandable they have asked you not to do that anymore. I hope you can enjoy your neonoe- it is so pretty!

You mean you changed the items with other ones or you asked for a store credit or refund? Here in Italy refunds are not allowed ....
