Update for Australia about strap with stitching
I have a same answer when went to local store and called online store that to return the bag with store credit that I can purchase with other item or order the same bag which is they are not sure when will be available and not guarantee to get with stitching, then I am insist on the phone that LV do not consistent selling the item that not give a customer an option to choose, and the fact is sell different item from what on the website. I also told the lady on the phone to raise the issue with supervisor and corporate, and asking to call me back with better solution. FYI my bag is 10 days older hahaha
After an hour someone from LV called me (gentlemen) and suggest me to continue using the handbag until the new strap with stitching arrive in the next couple weeks and they will call me to replace it. He told me also that few customer report the same issue and want and waiting for the new strap with stitching.
If the strap do not exist to be honest I am okay with current strap without stitching but my personal I prefer with stitching (which is exist now) because is better look and finished.
For the owner with stitching do you have issue with your strap? Thanks
