STITCHGATE! I just wanted to be the first to say it, lol. :panic:
Let's hope we all get a satisfactory answer from LV. This is a silly move on their part to change something so newly released and popular without an explanation. They are causing problems for themselves. Me I'm not so concerned at this time because I'm not even using the original strap but I believe mixlv on her YouTube video said it best, that it could have resale consequences. It could be good or bad, too early to tell. But again, a stupid mistake on LV's part what with the global reach social media has. As I said, STITCHGATE....

Stichgate lol

Seriously, I don't see a problem with the strap. And it would be more interesting to read how people like their bags.

I don't think stitching or no stitching has any immediate effect on the function of the bag and its strap and I don't think that the one or the other look better. In my opinion it is both the same.

I myself really enjoy my noir NeoNoé. It is cute and easy to carry. I don't mind whether my strap has stitches or not - as nobody would notice anyway.

And I agree, if this issue would in longterm affect quality and the one or the other group with or without stitched straps faces problems, LV will take care of it.

I think If you are fine with your bag not having stitching that is fantastic, but is absolutely deserving to be a topic of discussion. I don't think anyone is overreacting about this, i think it is completely normal to wonder why this has happened. There is no need to put others down if they prefer stitching on their strap, This is a purse forum, these things are what should be discussed here. All love <3

It seems LV makes sneaky changes sometimes pretty quick to their new releases as improvements. I remember when I was looking to buy my Twice, I found out on they snuck a change in (added extra holes to the strap, from 5 to 7) but didn't tell anyone. To me that was a big deal because the OM strap wasn't long enough for some people, but LV kept right on selling the ones with 5 holes to customers who didn't know and selling the new improved one to others. I called about it cause I was confused (I got a NM) and they acknowledged the change and said they occasionally will make improvements to new releases. I was a little shocked as they were still selling the "OM" for the same price as a NM. Not sure what they could have done about it though, I guess they had to get rid of stock. Hopefully the stitches aren't a big deal, but I would try to find out why the change just to be informed.

Is this newer version "stitched" strap shorter than the "non-stitched" strap? I remember everyone was thinking the "non-stitched" ones were too long for cross body wear?!? Maybe the new owners can chime in let us know!

On the italian lv website the black and the rose are showing rightnow with stiching, and the red one is not:giggle:
It's funny to me, I agree to relax, even if it seems not that serious for the company, if you understand me.
Anyway , I bought my neonoe on Saturday in the saint germain store in Paris, it's black, and has no stiching on the straps.
It was the fourth I inspected in Paris (two in Avenue Montaigne and two in Saint Germain), and didn't see one with the stiching.
Just my opinion , but I like more without .
If any problem about the glazing will come I'm sure they replace the strap, with stiching or not, but perfect for sure (it has already happened to me with my favorite ebene strap.

Has anyone else had to wait for them to restock inventory? I called today to order the rose and he said there were only two in the US and weren't sure if they were reserved. Just wondering how long everyone waited because I am not patient and I can't wait to have this bag in my collection!! [emoji31]
