I dont know about putting it on my face, as I usually dont put anything on my face before I apply my foundation. Butttttttt I have bought it and used it on the inside of my thighs when I wear a skirt or dress (if you are a larger girl, you know what I mean we have the thigh rubbs LOL LOL) and it works WONDERS for that. However I am out of my tube and I dont remember where I got it from, does anyone know where to get it. Ive tried Walgreens and they dont carry it........:shrugs:

Walmart.

completely different products.

Monistat chafing gel, and all the various genetic clones, have only one active ingredient: Dimethicone. That is what the fancy primers have, too, and that is why the chafing gel works.

Prep-H has a history of being used to shrink undereye swelling, however, the some say that while this is OK to do once in a while, for a special occasion, photos, etc, that it is not a good idea to do every day, something about making the tissues too elastic and stretchy, other people claim to have done it daily for decades with no problem, but the point is that one has nothing to do with the other, we are talking about different substances and different uses.

The other day I saw an ad for an eye puffiness thing that is supposed to contain caffeine, also an ingredient in Maybelline Age Rewind.

I guess that is the modern equivalent of putting wet teabags on your eyelids!

thank you thank you thank you..
now I get it ! ... just information overload here .. and trying to remember all that I have read here ....now I have to get myself to the stores and pick up my stuff !!

it works beautifully for what it's made for (chub rub is what I call it). ;)
I think I did try it on my face once but it didn't really do much for me since my skin is so oily.

I just found it at Target tucked away with the Monistat vaginal yeast creams, feminine sprays, etc. It is in the tampon/pad aisle across from the condoms and KY jelly (I assume most Targets are set up in a similar way). I will try it tomorrow and report back.

I wanted to report my results after using for 3 weeks:

-Hairline breakouts are gone
-No more oil
-Smaller pores
-No makeup in creases in my "fine lines":woohoo:

HG Product for sure!

I've also noticed this works better then MAC Eye primer/paint when used on your eyes-my eyeshadow stays blended all day, no creases, no need to touch up

I also noticed better results switching my foundation to a tinted moisturizer which I apply over the product (due to clogged pores-not breakouts).
