I think they mostly run true to size. Occasionally I have a slight problem, but that more has to do with my left foot being slightly bigger than my right, than it does with MBMJ's shoe sizing. I think they have them at the major department stores like NM and Nordstrom, so you could always try them on there. I tend to buy them from discount sites or on sale though.

When I get through with what I am working on, I will take some pics of my beloved MJ shoes! I absolutely love them.
