Saw someone post on this forum that their SA told them LV will keep cheapening their stuff as long as people keep demanding & buying...so guess that's what's going on here

The texture on the older model mono chain feels harder. It feels like a thicker substance.

I’ve been handling bags and accessories since 2006 and there is a change for sure. I’m def not fooling myself. But it just makes me more selective. What I own is fine... so far.

I hear you but this is how it is now. You can return and buy prelove but if prelove is not for you, then this version is only choice. I have a pochette from 2008 and it definitely has thicker canvas.

Yes I think I will return and buy an older preloaded model. I remember loving the mini pochette idk why I sold but when I threw all the things in the new one it was bulging out in all areas and I’m afraid it will dent the canvas if that makes sense.
