Just wondering what the market is like now for the mini rectangles? are they still very difficult to get hold of in the stores?

I saw top handle ones in store, lambskin leather. and a reissue black mini gold hardware.

Seems to be for classics. My SA's have only had top handles available.

Hi Al, I am not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask. I am considering selling my mini rectangle chevron and possibly my WOC, lambskin with silver hardware. What website would you recommend or should I go to a local seller? any suggestions are welcome.

My question is, is there any possibility that Chanel sometimes made same of their square minis’ chain a bit longer? Every site says (at least which I saw) that the square mini has a strap drop around 21-22”. My bag (which is from a very reputable designer second hand site) strap drop is around 58 cm, which is equivalent about 23 inches. Is that normal? Other measurements are correct. Does anybody have some experience about longer chain on the square minis? Thank you very much!

Does anyone know if I go to the store if they will be able to help me with a chain shortener? I have a rectangle mini in tweed and the chain it hurts when I wear it crossbody, so I want to shorten it..they never offered me it in the store at the time I purchased

You can always ask, but my SA told me they only have those to give out for people who buy WOc’s cause those chains are even so much longer. But maybe yours has extra. Otherwise you can buy chain shorteners online for ten or twenty bucks, and there are some YouTube videos showing how you can wrap the chain without a shortener to make it fit better!

I know in previous season they had top handles but I didn’t like the colors and the only white color I’ve seen were from 2 years ago. Do you know if they still pop around in newer collections? They may have the white mini top handle in the future, but so far I don’t know when they will have the exact color you’re looking for.

I don’t think so. Chanel still makes mini top handles, but none of the ones I’ve seen this year are white. If you’re looking for white mini in caviar then you have to go pre loved because Chanel doesn’t make minis in caviar anymore.

I think so... they get made every other season. You just need to look out for a white one when they come out. Have your SA keep an eye out for you.

Thanks. I went to several and they told me they don't have it, it's sold out. but I can contact customer care. I will look at the amazon ones and the video!
