I just dont know what world it is we live in when bad became good...and glorification of anything dangerous enough to kill people for the pleasure of intoxication became glamorous?!? (Yes Molly and coke (something she proudly and casually touted as well) has killed people...) (Nobody is perfect, Miley is intitled to her stupid "twenty something years", but the WAY she's talking about it...she's endorsing it. She knows exactly who she's endorsing it to, and that irritates me even more. The sick and twisted part is a year later we will hear about all the fatalities "Molly" caused or hear about how Miley has checked into rehab and she's realized the error of her ways. We will all shake our heads in disbelief... how did it get so out of control...just a few kids being young, wild and free!?! I don't care who it is, there's NO excuse for stupid. REFUSE TO GIVE THIS GIRL A PASS because she's a celebrity...and as for her comments on Breaking Bad: Even if the show sent out a step by step mailer on how to cook the stuff, Im not confident Miley would comprehend the chemestry of such a concoction. I doubt the girl has ever fried an egg. Case in point: why she hasn't made it past season 1. Good luck with that "Hipster Show" Downton Abbey Hannah Montana.

Miley Cyrus' Insane Skydiving Video
Watch our cover girl jump out of a plane from 12,500 feet

SEPTEMBER 25, 2013 1:45 PM

"I've always wanted to [go sky-diving]," Miley Cyrus tells contributing editor Josh Eells in her new Rolling Stone cover story. "We should do it." The next morning, the duo drove to Skydive Perris in the desert outside of L.A. "If I die," Cryus tells instructor Scott Smith, "you guys are so ****ed."

The video, captured by Smith and videographer George Katsoulis, documents Cyrus' six-minute flight from 12,500 feet. "I'm finally a bird," Miley says in mid-air, "like I always wanted to be."

Back on Earth, Cyrus called her mother to say she's alive. "One thing about sky diving," she says, "you really know who you love, based on who you call."

Am I the only one that thinks she sounds extremely narcissistic, and like she's trying too hard. I mean what is with the f word coming out of her mouth every second word? When she says it, it doesn't even sound like it's her. Like a little kid trying to be cool by saying **** a lot. KWIM?

Oh please, I've watched Breaking Bad sporadically and picked up more in those few moments about drugs than I'd have ever known in my life considering that I'm not into drugs. Granted it may not be a detailed step-by-step there's enough knowledge and information there for anyone with access to Google to fill in the blanks.

I dont care that people aren't up in arms about Breaking Bad. TV is entertainment, it's there to be enjoyed and be entertained by. For the first four seasons I was a fan of Dexter so I'm not picking on Breaking Bad, but I think Miley makes an excellent point. People and the media are all over her for wearing skimpy clothes on stage and indulging in trashy imagery but shows like Breaking Bad, Dexter, Game of Thrones, The Borgias, Oz, The Wire, and so on are lauded for its artistic merits while the shows are full of sex, nudity, sadism, violence, etc. Miley's an entertainer, trashy she may, but really she's no different at what passes for entertainment on other channels. I'm just saying, if we're gonna point fingers and call her out, let's be fair and do it across the board.

How is it glamorization? Again, it takes an idiot to relate the tragic fall of WW to the glamorization of molly/MDMA/ecstasy. I don't understand why "information about how to make drugs/drug = glamorization" AT ALL. A first year organic chemistry course in some unis would tell you just as much - should we trash the entire study then? There is not a single part of BrBa that presents drug use as something "cool" "exciting" or "awesome" in the way that Miley does. If someone watches BrBa and thing "hum. I think drug usage is a good idea!" they're definitely missing the point and have lost their marbles. Because that's not the message it sends out. It has a tragic and realistic end, it sends out the complete opposite message.

Not to mention, there is no message that Miley is sending out. If anything, she's sending out the wrong message. She's sending out the message that marijuana usage is good, that ecstasy(?) and molly usage is good (source: the rolling stone article), I mean... she's said these things. If you've ever watched BrBa, you'd know that it's lauded for it's artistic merits because IT HAS ARTISTIC MERIT. It's more than just some trashy drugged up childstar "twerking" on stage and talking about doing "molly in the bathroom". It's a commentary on pivotal cultural and societal issues which is why it has such good reception. Not to mention, the filmwork is beautifully done and the writing has been on point. It's not "sadism, violence, nudity" - it's "cruel brilliance". It's a tragedy, it uses Shakespearean elements, etc. The point is - it goes ABOVE and beyond "sex, nudity, sadism, violence" and there's a huge difference. It's almost like Oedipus Rex in the sense that people watch it knowing fully well what's going to happen, but they watch it for the way in which the story is presented.

Just because the two deal with the same subject matter doesn't mean that they're exactly the same thing. The fingers pointed at her are warranted, she has NO SUBSTANCE. She's an media-wh*re. I've yet to see good television mindlessly twerk and promote drug usage at the same time in the hopes of getting 5 extra minutes on TMZ.

Exactly. I just watched the whole series over the past couple of weeks and I'm no more able to cook meth than before. So yet again, she's spouting off about stuff that she has no clue about.

If someone really wants to cook meth/acidify a body, they're going to do it... whether they watch a TV show or not. The dude who acidified his girlfriend's body was going to kill her and hide her body anyway... I really doubt he watched some TV and was like, "hey! this looks like a good idea!" It's more like one crazy guy who is an extreme outlier to the general population of people who are mentally stable. There's no correlation between watching Breaking Bad and killing your girlfriend. There is correlation between 13 year old girls glamorizing drug use because Miley told them in it's a "happy and good drug!"

I don't see why it's so hard for people to see the difference - this is almost exactly like the "weed isn't a drug" debate.

Really, how so? Not condoning the use of MDMA but I don't agree that is has the worst side effects compared to many other drugs. ie: heroin

Well for one, ecstasy is a designer drug, so it can be laced with literally anything... and all the druggies claim to get a better fix off of ecstasy than they would with cocaine or heroin... and like I said earlier... people can be in the ER or in the morgue almost immediately after using it... so Miley with her little young fans promoting it is not cute...

Which druggies would those be? Addicts tend to have a doc (drug of choice). Cocaine and heroin can be easily laced with other substances, as can marijuana.

Miley should keep her drug use to herself.

Molly can also be laced.

I'm too old to do any of these so called party drugs but if I were younger you can make bank that I'd have a test kit.

Miley, like other people her age still think they're immortal. Once you hit 30, you realize that yes, you gonna die.
