Poor poor poor Girl... She needs help... And with help I mean a true loving family and TRUE friends that catch her when she falls - not pushing her into spotlight. It was a huge mistake when they pushed the kids into public. IMO.

And bullying is something which should be taken serious. You take all the words personal and serious PLUS most of the time it doesn't last with just words...

The crazy thing is that I don't think the family has pushed the children into the spotlight at all. I think that they want to live up to the legacy of their father and that they have chosen and the guardians have Let them enter the business, maybe letting them make decisions about their lives that they were not allowed to do when their father was alive. And if she's have temper tantrums, it may have been easier to let her have her way....but their are several Jacksons who are not in the lime light who could have been just as successful as Janet and Michael.

I wish her the best though....isn't it near the anniversary of Michael's death?

Court records show Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff ordered an investigator on Thursday to look into Paris Jackson's health, education and welfare. The order came a day after Jackson was taken by ambulance from her home to a Los Angeles-area hospital after an apparent suicide attempt.

Beckloff ordered a similar inquiry last year after Michael Jackson's mother and guardian of his three children was out of touch for several days. That led to the singer's nephew, TJ Jackson, being appointed a co-guardian for Paris and her brothers, Prince and Blanket.

An attorney for Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, says he and other attorneys handling the guardianship completely support Beckloff's inquiry.

Wow that was always to clear to me, that none of these three kids are fully related... But I guess it doesn't cross your mind when it concerns yourself. That must be so confusing to find out when you're 15...

Woman Makes Outrageous Court Claim — I’m Michael Jackson Children’s REAL Mom

A woman claiming to be the biological mother of Michael Jackson‘s three children has filed an outrageous claim against the late singer’s estate, in an effort to seek guardianship of Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket.

In papers lodged with the Los Angeles Superior Court on September 4 and obtained by RadarOnline.com, Christine Leroux alleged that she had held onto a “lifetime of secrets” about her lifelong relationship with the Thriller hit-maker, who died on June 25, 2009, from a propofol overdose.

Leroux — who described herself in the documents as “destitute” — told the court she had flown to California to “pursue visitation and guardianship of my children.”

“Michael used my eggs to create Paris, Prince and Blanket with the surrogate mothers he chose,” the woman, who pledged to take a DNA test and undergo a polygraph in an effort to prove her wild accusations, claimed under the penalty of perjury.

“I want to establish a relationship with them and be allowed to monitor their religious and academic education as well as the disciplinary techniques used in raising them and to know who the people are who influence them.

“I want to enjoy time with them and have a long denied loving connection to them.”

In a series of hard-to-believe claims, the latest to hit the estate in the wake of the singer’s death, Leroux, originally from Massachusetts, alleged:

- She was not at the children’s births because she had “received certain threats” about having contact with Jackson;
- Debbie Rowe had no interest in the children until “recently” and even asked to be paid to breast-feed the children;
- MJ secretly invited her on vacations with the children to Disney World;
- She was the one who named Paris and Blanket; and
- She ordered Michael cover the faces of the children during outings when they were young.
- According to Leroux, who is representing herself in the legal bid, Jackson and her were childhood friends, who met when he was a member of The Jackson Five, at age seven.

“I knew the real Michael Jackson not the media image that I helped him create,” she said, alleging she also co-wrote his hits, Heal The World and Thriller.

“We worked together throughout his career to present a character that would relate well on stage.”

The pair, the woman claimed, “took sacred, binding vows in secret and stayed faithful” during a clandestine decades-long relationship.

Having been shut out of the children’s life, Leroux told the court that she had been sending the children emails daily and regular letters which had been routinely returned unopened.

She also revealed she was turned away by security guards at the hospital when she went to visit Paris, 15, on July 2, in the aftermath of her attempted suicide.

“Katherine knows who I am and what she is doing to me and the children,” Leroux alleged.

“I have contacted her attorney but was told only that I would need to file my complaint in court. I had hoped to avoid this for the sake of the children.”

She added, “In my opinion, they (the children) are current being used as pawns in a wrongful death lawsuit and are under a great deal of stress.”

“This is especially true of Paris. It is my obligation as their mother, no matter what the risk might be to me personally, to come forward with the facts included in this statement.

“Certain information needs to be brought to light in order to ensure that Paris, Prince and Blanket can receive proper care.”

Leroux said the Hollywood scions might have “creature comforts,” but they “no longer have important aspects of a loving childhood that they once enjoyed.”

She charged, “I am heartbroken as I watch the way my children are used by the Jackson family to pursue this lawsuit… As the real biological mother of Paris, Prince and Blanket Jackson, I have only their wellbeing as a concern. I am the best guardian for the children.”

The estate has yet to respond to the Leroux’s claims.

I know there are previous threads, but they covered specific topics. One new thread to cover anything in legal matters that will continue to hit the courts for years to come.

The spectacle that was Michael Jackson's life shows no signs of abating with his death.

There was the conviction of the doctor who gave him the fatal overdose of a powerful anesthetic, battles over his will, attempts to remove the executors of his estate and the wrongful death suit against the promoter of his doomed comeback tour.

Now, Jackson's estate is in the midst of a fight with the Internal Revenue Service.

The agency has told Jackson's executors that the estate owes $505 million in taxes and an additional $197 million in penalties, for a total of more than $702 million.

According to documents filed with the U.S. Tax Court in Washington, Jackson's executors placed his net worth at the time of his June 2009 death at slightly more than $7 million.

The IRS placed it at $1.125 billion, a difference so vast it looks like a typo.

Jackson's return was so inaccurate, the IRS said, that it qualified for a gross valuation misstatement penalty, which would allow the government to double the usual 20% penalty for underpayment.

"I've never even heard of the gross valuation misstatement penalty being asserted," said Andrew Katzenstein, an estate tax expert at the law firm Proskauer Rose in Los Angeles.

Few estates are valuable enough that they are required to file with the IRS. In 2012, the latest year for which statistics are available, only 9,400 estate-tax returns were filed in the nation. Because the value of the estates that file is relatively high, they usually are audited, tax experts said, but few end up in Tax Court.

"Estate planning is like playing a game of hot potato, and the potato is wealth, and you don't want to die with the potato in your hands," said Edward McCaffery, a professor in USC's Gould School of Law. "You want to get it out to your kids or into trusts."

Most of the dispute is over the value of Jackson's image, along with his interest in a trust that includes the rights to some of his songs and most of the Beatles catalog, including "Yesterday," "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" and "Get Back."

The estate valued Jackson's likeness at just $2,105.

The IRS put it at $434.264 million.

A dead celebrity's image and likeness, used on things such as T-shirts and television commercials, can be a lucrative source of income. Elizabeth Taylor, for example, directed that 25% of the income from her image go to the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation.

The estate put the value of the pop star's interest in the trust that owns the Beatles' and Jackson's songs at zero. The IRS put it at $469 million.

A certified public accountant testified during the wrongful death suit last year that Jackson had taken a $320-million loan against the music catalog.

The IRS also said Jackson's interest in another trust was worth $60.6 million, not $2.2 million, as the estate claimed.

Experts agreed that it was hard to imagine that someone would price a catalog that included some of the world's most memorable songs at zero and think it would pass muster with the IRS.

Michael Jackson Self-Professed Long Lost Son I'm Going Public with DNA Evidence ... TOMORROW

55 minutes ago BY TMZ STAFF

EXCLUSIVE

Michael Jackson has a 31-year-old son -- at least that's what the man claims -- and we're told he plans to go public tomorrow with what he believes is ironclad DNA evidence.

His name is Brandon Howard -- the son of singer Miki Howard, whom Joe Jackson represented back in the 1980s.

Sources close to Brandon tell us, Miki and MJ met in 1982 and Brandon was born soon after.

Brandon grew up in Cleveland and now lives in Miami. He's now a singer who goes by the name B Howard. And he's had some success. We're told he's part of a new Akon song.

As for why B Howard is so sure he's MJ's son ... he claims he somehow acquired DNA from an old orthodontic device worn by Michael ... it's unclear how he got hold of it, but he says the test results show a match.

The results will be unveiled Thursday on FilmOn.com.

Oh yeah ... once the DNA results are revealed, he plans to go after the MJ Estate for money.

Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman tells TMZ, "We've never even heard from him," adding, "Any deadline for claiming to be Michael's child has long since passed."

Check out the music video B Howard released in 2011 -- in which he blatantly bites off MJ's dance moves and vocals.

MJ's Alleged Son Positive DNA Match Or So They Say

3/6/2014 12:30 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Breaking News

There's a 99.9% chance a 31-year-old man is Michael Jackson's illegitimate son ... at least that's the claim after an alleged DNA test turned up a match.

According to the test results -- obtained by Alki David and his company, FilmOn.com -- Brandon Howard is almost certainly Michael's son. David told TMZ Live he got MJ's dental impression from a Beverly Hills doctor that he got at an auction. The impression is 30 years old but David says its filled with DNA.

Brandon -- who now goes by B Howard and looks and acts very much like Michael -- was not present for the unveiling, but David says he had Howard's DNA and it matched up.

David would not say which lab performed the DNA test, but says it showed a clear match.

Brandon's mom -- Miki Howard -- is a famous gospel singer who Michael knew. She went by the name "Billy" back in 1982. Interestingly ... a year later Michael released "Billie Jean," which included the lyrics, "Billie Jean's not my lover" and "The kid is not my son."

For B Howard's part -- he's distancing himself from the whole spectacle, insisting he had nothing to do with it.

MJ's alleged son DNA test results are bogus

Here's a shocker -- the DNA test results that allegedly prove 31-year-old Brandon Howard is Michael Jackson's son are BOGUS ... in fact, so bogus ... the logo from the so-called DNA testing lab was ripped from "Terminator Salvation."

As we reported, FilmOn.com's Alki David put on a spectacle Thursday -- claiming he had DNA results proving singer B Howard was the biological son of the King of Pop. He then produced the results showing a "99.99999%" probability that MJ was Brandon's dad.

TMZ obtained a photo of the DNA doc -- allegedly from a testing facility in Ireland called "DNA Lab." We searched high and low but could find no such generic DNA lab in Ireland.

Skeptical, we investigated -- a simple Google image search of "DNA results" turns up a bunch of sample docs with the same exact easily-stealable format as the one we got.

But the coup de grace -- we then Google image searched "DNA logo" and the first result ... literally ... was the same DNA pic used in the "DNA Lab" logo.
