Well... If I may waste my time and speculate further... In my opinion they probably had a long distance relationship that wasn't necessarily exclusive. I've read some comments of how they were somewhat casual and not so serious (all internet gossip mind you). Perhaps something that attracted MF to Zoe in the first place. A girlfriend who was a cool fun chick with no drama.

Yeah, I need a life... :p

These stories are enjoyable because they're like bragging rights anecdotes without needing other scrutinizing deets ;) . Who knows if the timeline is correct; if so, maybe boundaries were agreed upon? Information that one shan't really know unless one of you girls corner him and extract it out of him ... it's all internet speculation otherwise as Android says ;)

I'm glad that no one knows about this forum yet, can you imagine if hysterical teens barged in here to talk about his penis size and dumb sh*t like that :laugh: Maybe some other women will come out of the woods to spread more gossip so if you have good stories you're :welcome2: ladies we all love good tea and ping pong stories around here apparently :popcorn:

:tup: THIS. Totally agree. I admit that I'm just fueling the speculation. I'm not crazy enough to think that I *know* him from what I read/see in interviews, so I shall never know the truth. And I'm not delusional that I think my opinion holds any weight. :cool: But yeah, I find some amusement in talking about it. So in your opinion, how bad is it to speculate/talk about his love life? In many boards that is a touchy subject. We all became fans for a number of reasons (talent, film choices, attractiveness...), so is it bad to discuss the juicy tidbits of his private life that pop up in gossip magazines and the internet? Just wondering what your thoughts were...

Penny, why does that shock you? So many civilians meet others at bars and end up going home together. It's basically the most normal scenario about one-night stands and nothing to raise an eyebrow over if everyone cares about protection.

Watched the Newsweek videos. Yeah, Charlize looked way into him, but I liked more that she really, really seemed to respect him. Loved the South African accent story & how he was intimidating because he was so good.

Really? This is the only one I take part in. I do read the tea thread on Lipstick Alley but I don't post because I don't even understand how the hell to get "points" to post and it's just not a consistent thread, anyway. I won't even go near the IMDB boards because that sh*t is a free for all and I can't with that place. Except for the ONTD "boards" (don't get me started) and the Celeb*tchy "boards," I'm unaware of any others.

Just saw the Newsweek videos as well. Clooney kinda-sorta won me over a bit. Of course, he was the one that spoke the most so maybe that's why. But I did like the part where he said most of his money came from commercials overseas (Nespresso, we get those here) so he doesn't have to *rape* the movie budget. I've seen way too many movies where the actors get $20 million for doing crap! Haven't seen The Descendants yet...

And I'd totally forgot the Adrien Brody/The Thin Red Line story! I've only seen it once. If I watch it again I'll probably think of Shame/MF when that music comes on.
