It’s a different one as the I found some defect on the strap as well for this one.
I guess that they won’t give me discount as last time, they just asked me to glue the leather on the plate without mentioning any discount.

i would have returned it if i were you, to be honest.... market is full of new and flawless bags, you can find your perfect one!

I went to three stores today which sell different branded bags in Hong Kong. None of them have gris acier.
I am glad that the hip is perfect. The leather of the front pocket is very intact.
For the regular city, I will reconsider whether to return & refund.

It makes me extreme scared to buy Balenciaga from individual sellers on auction websites, e.g., ebayvery annoying and putting off

as an established online shop can sell defect items twice to me.as my personal experience shows, individual Sellers are doing better job on taking photos and giving full description of the flaws (if any) because they have personal motivation to sell the item while the online shops don't really care.It makes me extreme scared to buy Balenciaga from individual sellers on auction websites, e.g., ebay
it's cost effective and in most cases a pleasant experience to deal with real people rather than someone name/faceless behind the platform
you can always ask to help with authentication in our forum, in case if you find something on eB@y

I spent the whole Chinese new year thinking about the metal plate problem and i've decided to return mine (the beige latte ME city) also... I might just settle for a regular city since they are lighter and won't have the plate leather problem. Hope you managed to solve the issue. Would recommend you to wait out for the colour combi that you like
