P.S. I thought to glue it but I could not get pass myself to do such thing as I paid a lot for this bag.

I received a phone call as well as email response from the Hong Kong Reebonz staff.
They are stock taking now which cannot provide the service for exchange.
It’s simplier to return the faulty one and ask for refund, while order another one.
Well, they did suggest if I can glue it. I told them that I did not expect to receive a faulty bag and fix it by myself with the amount of money I paid.
Anyway, they will pick up my bag on next Monday.
I just placed a new order. Hope that everything will go smoothly this time.

A suggestion? Make sure you don't lose regarding taxes and shipping. Are they charging you shipping on the return and again on the purchase? If the bag was faulty they shouldn't IMHO.

The return is free and it’s tax free.
However, the return is not insurance. If I want, I have to pay.
The shipping company they select is quite reliable. I decided not to pay for the insurance.
It will take 3-4 days to reach Reebonz Singapore. Hope that everything will go smoothly.

Oh hi! I replied you on the other thread... seems like you have decided to return the bag. Well, I have the same issue as you but I have decided to keep it. Hope all goes well with the returns. Returns will usually be refunded in terms of reebonz credits, valid for 1 year.

Reebonz Singapore is quite good and fast with returns that. Not sure for overseas purchases though. Good luck and keep us posted on any development. Nice colour btw.

The staff from HK Reebonz said that they would refund to my credit card (i.e., my original payment method) rather than Reebonz credit. I am glad about it.

There shouldn't be any gap. It's a defect Dear. Last time my friend bought a balenciaga from reeb***, the stud fell off and when she asked for replacement or refund, reeb*** rejected. At the end it's solved because she knows one of their higher ups otherwise bad luck. When you buy in boutique, you'd get one year guarantee for the studs. I guess that's what the price difference comes from but I'm confused if reeb*** stocks a lot of balenciaga thus, I believe they are one of authorized reseller but why they don't carry the same stud guarantee?

Sadly...the 2nd one has the same problem.
I decide to accept it as I do not want to go through the return & refund again:sad:

maybe you can ask them for a discount as for a faulty item?

P.S. are you sure they replaced the bag and didn't just send you back the very same bag you received initially??????
