Messenger Melville or Abbesses

Well when I saw it personally all I could think was how, its was too small for my books, my bastille carries about 3 text books, but I couldn't see the melville holdiong that. How old is he? perhaps take him into the store and show him the damier bastille and melville, also show him the damier geant pionner and the messager, and the abbesses.

I have the abbesses and I definately use it for school sometimes. I've tried the melville and was surprised at how SMALL it was in real life...

I like Melville, for Abbesses style, I prefer Damier Bastille, they're same style but in different line only

From personal experience, I'd say that to carry binders or books a bag should be at least 13" x 12"

The Bastille is great ( I wanted one but couldn't afford it at the time)

The Pionnier is particularly spacious and keeps hands free

The Damier Geant Messager is nice too but not very wide

For a school messenger (as a student and guy) I suggest the Olav MM or GM if you can obtain one (the GM was discontinued)
