Is it uneven or just one part of the cloth the zipper is on is raised in one area and not in the other?
Just one part where the zipper is raised.

keepall cobalt in my part of the zipper is something hardI always look at the details before purchasing. You should look at these sorts of things before leaving the store or as soon as you get it home before using it. Handmade will never be perfect but if it bothers you and you just got it, take it back and exchange it. Otherwise, I wouldn't think there is anything they can do to fix it. These are the exact quality control issues that have become more prevelant and problematic with LV products. I sent back a PDV GM a few weeks ago bc the front rivets were crooked. Also exchanged a new Michael bc the front zippered compartment was crooked.
I know I'm not a man but...I had to share my District with it's charm.

I have the ZVW in monogram cobalt and love it. It is very well designed and very practical. Let me know if you have specific questions. I eyed the epi version myself: it's incredibly beautiful.Hey guys!
I'm currently considering a Zippy Vertical Wallet in black Epi. I'm coming from the old model of the women's Zippy Compact Wallet in Damier Ebene, and I'm considering retiring that for the ZVW.
All of my SLGs are in Ebene, and I just thought I'd like to move to a more discreet look with the black Epi, starting with the 4 Key Holder that I just got. But the use and function is so similar that I'm having second thoughts. I dunno; can you give me guys some input? Can those with the ZVW give me some opinions on the wallet itself?
Thanks!![]()
This is VERY off topic (Moderator feel free to deleate this thread ), but I need some help. I'm going to buy a new Montblanc pen and I have picked out these two. The modern, trendy M fountain pen (designed by Marc Newson ), or the new Meisterstuck Ultra Black. They have very different style, but both looks amazing. I just can't decide! Which one do you prefer?
M on the top, and the more classic Ultra Black below:

They are both very nice @Dorf . I like them both a lot. If I had to choose, I think I would pick the first one. I think it looks younger, yet sophisticated (can you even say that about a pen???This is VERY off topic (Moderator feel free to deleate this thread ), but I need some help. Is your purchase urgent or can you wait a bit?Does anyone have experience buying a replacement Keepall lock/key set on eBay? I'm 3-5 hours from the nearest LV store; customer service won't order for me ("only through a store location"); I can't get anyone to answer at the store that I did call. I'm happy to pay LV, but they make it so difficult! Thanks for any and all advice.
While I like the look of the Newsom pen, I prefer the cigar shape of the Ultra Black. But I am a classic-kinda guy.
As far as functionality is concerned, it is the Meisterstück Ultra Black Legrand all the way for me. I prefer the piston-filling system and the larger nib on the Meisterstück. And I prefer to post the cap on my pens, which you cannot do with the Newsom model. If you are going to use the pen a lot, you should definitely try each pen at the MB boutique to see if one fits your style of writing better. For me, and I write a lot, the Meisterstück is the better pen.
Ok, thanks for your opinions. As you said, the pen has to be tested first. I don't like too broad pens. I will take a look at the beautiful Waterman Carene Gunmetal also, before I make a decisionThey are both very nice @Dorf . I like them both a lot. Again, they are both lovely - you can't go wrong.
I much prefer your two MontBlanc selection to the Waterman pen.Ok, thanks for your opinions. As you said, the pen has to be tested first. I don't like too broad pens. I will take a look at the beautiful Waterman Carene Gunmetal also, before I make a decision
