I GOT MY BRONZE SELENE TODAY!
Oh dear God, this is THE most beautiful bag I ever seen or owned.The bronze could not be more perfect. Marco picked gold for my lining. The two leather straps inside that hook together give Selena waistline. She is not a plain, straight tote. Those little hooked straps inside her REALLY make her so different.
I cannot describe how profoundly talented Marco is. He is just so unique. Other bags and styles are just purely pale when compared to Marco.
I am thrilled almost to the point of death with this large bronze Selene. I will definitely be ordering another Selene!!!

She is one stunning work of art! Don't you just love her roomy interior and ease with carry? And the way she puddles???? I think this is an excellent color leather for you, well done!I did not think it possible for me to love another Massaccesi equal to the love I have for Minerva, BUT I DO! I love the Selene so much and plan to order another. This style is so special that I could easily see duplicating a Massaccesi leather I have just to have it again in this style!

I had changed my mind a million times between lead and bronze. Having said that I always felt that lead was the better choice for me. I asked Marco for his input and said that I thought I wanted lead then I thought bronze and then lead and was having a hard time choosing. I said you know my style of bag choice and color and you have seen photos of me what would you suggest and he said without hesitation lead is the right choice for you based on your coloring etc. Having said that he indicated that for Moonie bronze was the perfect color. He really does give it a lot of thought and his decision is based on each individual. Although he did tell me that his favorite is the lead out of the metallics.

I took my full sized bronze Selene out today. It rained on her. But the water just beaded up and dripped off of her. She has now been baptized! Anyway, I went to a craft store and this lady there said, "Oh, honey!" And I didn't know if she meant me or Selene. But she gushed over Selene. Said she'd never seen a color like it. So I told her all about MM, and she said she was going to go home and look at his website! I felt so proud of MM! 
My Amaranto minnie Selene with gray lining and silver HW is on its way to me along with a couple of Phoebes. It should be here this week and I can't wait to see it. Super excited for a red bag have wanted one for the past couple of years!!!!

I only have the Minnie Selenes. I am not sure that I have seen anyone on tPF say they have a regular size and a Minnie Selene. I have seen Lovie post that she has both Minnie and regular Minerva's but not Selenes.
I wonder if I could get a Selene made without the cinching strap. It is not my thing and I would never use it. I will have to ask them.

I think I am going with Midi Selene in either lead or bronze. I need basic black, but I am thinking that lead really serves the same purpose as black, but with a bit more kick.
